Good stuff good stuff! I'm hoping here in CA, Pratt and Hilton get knocked out in LA and CA Governor respectively and we really can have a proper discussion of policy ideas going forward into November and not have to deal with the MAGA crap.
I want to get rid of the jungle primary. If Becerra and Steyer get top two, the infighting is going to be intense. I don't know that I could stand it. On the other hand, you are right about the MAGA crap.
My God, please tell me both Becerra and Steyer race past Hilton!!! We SHOULD have the two Dems in the general, NOT Hilton involved. If it’s Becerra and Hilton, then we’ll have to spend money and resources much needed elsewhere.
Becerra v Steyer? Be careful what you wish for. Divisive beyond calculation. We’re the opposition to the MAGA Party. Why, in this precarious moment, would one hope for destructive intra-Democratic Party fighting.
Wow, I am really happy about Turek. And stunned. In February & March, Wahls, the conventional liberal Dem, was dominating the polls, and I thought, here go the Dems, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I see now in April, Turek had taken the lead, but 60+ of the vote? I wonder what happened. Turnout looks competitive--206K for Repos, 192K for Dems--especially given that by far the most competitive statewide race was the GOP gubernatorial primary.
Great wins! Zureks for Turek!
Awesome 👏🏼 !!!
Great news!

What wonderful news! Can't wait for more of the same!
Anyone have a link for CA updates? I know early vote doesn't mean much but still would like to see it. 😬 I couldn't find update on Bluesky.
