DNC Officers Vote Today, Tariffs Coming Too

Morning all. A short post this morning for our paid subscribers as we have two big events this weekend that I will coming back to you on - the DNC officer elections today and Trump’s imminent levying of tariffs on goods from across the world. In light of the news late yesterday about Trump/Musk’s escalating assault on our government (this too) and the purge of the FBI I encourage you to review yesterday’s post on the need for all of us to bear witness, get loud and fight Trump’s extraordinary, ongoing betrayal of the country.
538’s G. Elliot Morris reports that Trump’s job approval has dropped 3 point in his first two weeks, and is the second lowest recorded at this point in a Presidency since Eisenhower. Getting his approval rating down is one of our most urgent tasks right now And a big thank you to those who have been working so hard against the Unacceptable 4 - Gabbard, Kennedy, Patel, Vought. Just need to keep working it everyone.
