Donna Deegan Wins! Big Win In The Heart of DeSantis Country

Thanks to everyone who supported Donna and worked to make this win possible!

First the big win in Wisconsin, now this big win in Florida’s largest city tonight. MAGA has gone too far, and is giving Dems a chance to go big this cycle, expand our coalition and claim voters and political real estate that may not have been open to us otherwise. I write about this opportunity in my memo, Get to 55.

Huge congrats to Donna, who worked so hard in this race, and is such a strong leader. She is going to make a great Mayor, and is showing us that there is a road back for Democrats in this critical state.

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on this election! Postcards, texts, calls, canvassing, money - our muscular grassroots went to work and did its thing. Helping Donna became one of our early community projects here at Hopium and I am so grateful for everyone who stepped up and helped make this win possible.
