NJ starting to come in. Looking pretty good there too. Not done by any means, but looking good.

I can't find any county in NJ she isn't over performing Harris in 2024. So far, so good.

That would align with Harry Enten's projections from last week. He was saying something similar, although from Citarelli's perspective. He didn't see anywhere Citarelli was performing as well as Trump in 2024.

DDHQ actually already called, very soon after I posted that.

Jones looks like he has a good chance as well. Sherrill looking good. Flipped offices in Georgia. I hope this hurts the GOP.

One down, two to go!!! I know there are more races but I'm drawing a blank.

She deserves this victory! (and we all are honored by it!)

I have tears in my eyes! My grassroots group in CA wrote alot of postcards for Spanberger. Feels so good to make a difference!!

Thank you ALL🎉🇺🇸🎉🇺🇸💕

I wrote postcards for VA, NJ, and PA Supreme Court, and smaller numbers for Prop 50 and GA Public Service Commission. I am ecstatic that all of "my" races were successful!

Anne Fitzpatrick's avatar

I wrote postcards for VA too. Postcards for Swing States assured me that it made a difference, although I think they said 1-2% and it was WAY more than that - yay!

My home state! Way to go GA!

That's excellent news!

Wonderful! I was on an Environmental Voter Project phone bank Monday focused on this exact election.

I think those two are remarkable. Both GOP incumbents, and Democrats won statewide by around +20 points. In GA.

Bodes well for a DEM victory in the governor's race next year! And perhaps DEMS can pick up some state house and senate seats!

Leu2500's avatar

Also Ossoff reelection

Jayne M's avatar

Absolutely! I think my head was thinking state seats when I made that comment, but, yes, Ossoff will be critical to hold on to so DEMS can retake the US Senate.

What a night! SO happy.

Lots of grassroots work to flip these two statewide races over the past 2 months, all of it about voter education. The PSC race was not on most voters’ radars, but once we got their attention we had a very strong case to make.

As late as this morning I gave my handout about the race to several voters who knew nothing about it. As with others I’ve approached over the past several weeks, once they got the information they were determined to vote.

Carol: From one Georgian to another, thank you for working so hard fo flip those seats on the PSC Board!

Carol Baird's avatar

So glad to have two wins to show for the work! Feeling much better than I did last November, when working even harder didn’t matter.

Looking good in the Georgia PSC race so far!! Dems winning by quite a bit even before Atlanta returns drop. We've been working hard on this one at Environmental Voter Project. Learn more about this important race from this great podcast: https://www.volts.wtf/p/pay-attention-to-the-most-important
