A disturbing speech by a mentally ill President with a crew of really weird, dangerous, racist, fascist, despicable, misanthropic people at the ready to do his bidding. It augurs that something really ugly and catastrophic is probably in the works.

Michelle Obama is being interviewed tonight (at 5 pm Pacific) about 'The Look' on MSNOW (I think this is a new book she wrote). I saw a brief snippet of an interview with Jonathan Capehart where she talked about women have to stop allowing women to be mistreated. I'm so glad she skipped the latest Trump inauguration (to me it was a silent statement (that was really loud - if you were listening) that said I am not going to pretend that this is OK, and that all the abuse this man dishes out is not OK).
I watched a few minutes of it-- inadvertently because I thought I was tuning in to commentary. He sounded unusual: really fast, loud, spitting out numbers that I knew would be nonsense.
I checked the news to see if we were at war. The headlines (right now) seem to be treating the speech as normal, but i can see it was anything but. I hope some in the mainstream media have the courage to point out that the emperor has no brain.
