Simon, I thought if Trump ( Iran) started an illegal war the military would push back. Could you talk about this. The head military people must know this war is not planned well, not a wise move etc. Why hasn't the military not spoken up. It is all crazy and very, very sad. What a tragic time for all the people, those who died and will die. It is dying and destruction and death for Trump's ego.

He posted today that Vinay Prasad, MD who heads the FDA is leaving his post as of April. Another domino falls. Many leaders left under his tenure and from what was reported the agency was not operating smoothly. Another sign that RFK Jr. needs to go too!
Good riddance. But not known is who will replace him at this time.
Behind the Montana "maga" Curtain: Today, my husband and I completed our 36th week of calling the local offices of our 2 MAGA senators, 2 MAGA representatives, and MAGA governor. The good news this week is that MAGA senator daines and MAGA representative zinke will not run for reelection in November. Democrats have strong candidates in these races. The bad news is that MAGA senator daines may be running to replace term-limited MAGA governor gianforte. We will never stop fighting fascism.
I'm going to be running the SUFS table at the rally in Boston. I'll be wearing an insect dress. If you're in Boston, stop by and say "hi" and pick up some of the flyers I had better go print........

I really think standup for science needs to have its own act blue account
so that we can easily donate to it.
From what I’ve seen
they require you to enter your credit card information, etc. in order to make a donation.
Please pass that on to stand up for science, and you could include it in your list of recommended things to donate to.
