I am looking out my window at a disgusting trump flag flying next door thinking of alitos wife’s comments about the gay pride flag in her neighborhood. What an anti American position she had to say the neighbors can’t fly a flag in their own yard. I don’t like it but I understand it means we live in a democracy. Now I don’t have a Biden forever one in my yard because I am involved in clubs and volunteer projects and I want to be a neutral calming force when the conversations turn political. She, however, is the wife of a Supreme Court justice! I just cannot process that anyone can condone this behavior. In my area people have rifles in their trucks behind their heads and Trump flags flapping on the tailgates. I am afraid my husband’s business will be targeted because I speak up on some social media. He was a life long R who voted once for Trump and now is ANTI MAGA. He thinks Trump will never be punished. I pray he is wrong.
I joined this group for hope and it renews me every time Simon posts an update. Thank you all.
Can anyone help me out here? I have a TON of organizational/events skills that I want to offer to a campaign to help our cause. Can anyone point me in a direction? I'm in California but can travel. Thanks ahead and apologies if this isn't the correct place to ask...
I'm pretty much housebound as I prepare for hip-replacement surgery in five weeks, but I'd love to write postcards, particularly here in Maine (but really anywhere that Harris-Walz needs my help). Any quick links to postcard-writing efforts I could join in my less-than-physically optimal state?
