I noticed you using the term ‘patriots’ to describe us, and I am glad for that. We can take the red white and blue colors, flag, and terms of patriotism and proudly display them. We ALL own those symbols.

Here here! Thank you for highlighting, Jennifer! 😊

Patriotism is doing the hard work to grow and strengthen our nation. We the people are the blue which binds our union together. And the bombastic bursting of words in the air gives proof through the night that our flag is still here.

Oh, say! Does that Star-Spangled Banner yet wave?

Thank you, Simon! All really encouraging data. 😊 I will say, I continue to have conversations with people with diverse backgrounds, and they continue to be open and listen to the evidence. They continue to be encouraged by the data I give and come to a similar conclusion as me and us here at Hopium; Joe Biden has been a good president. The Democratic Party has gotten average Americans results. The MAGA Republican leaders have used corruption and conspiracy to attack American freedom.

I can see the recovery we the people have made in my rural town in West Tennessee. We can see it in rural Mingo County West Virginia. Americans know progress when they see it. (Shameless self promotion ahead...hope you all don’t mind 😊) I write more about how we the people agree and work together I’m my most recent post (www.SowingHope.How/p/Stronger-Together).

Thank you again, Simon. It feels good to have data to build America up when some seem to be only focused on tearing her down. 🌱

We need to keep getting loud about

1) how Dems deliver jobs, progress and freedoms

2) how MAGA Repubs bring only recessions, failures and now, fascism—all to ensure a wealthy, well-connected few don’t have to pay the taxes they owe or face equal treatment under the law

and 3) remind Americans how we came together as voters in 2018, 2020 and 2022, so we can and will again to protect ALL our freedoms—not only the freedom to earn a return on our work to afford food on our table, a roof over our heads, healthcare, and the dignity to retire, but also, especially, the freedom to decide if, when or how to start or grow a family, to love who we love, and to be who we are.

Be proud, get loud and lead with your values, but never shy from calling out their villainy, because from the contrast therein lies the vision of the better future we all want.

Remember, unlike prosperity and poverty, there is no middle ground between democracy and dictatorship, between freedom and fascism!

Thanks as always for your inspiring and empowering work, Simon. Here’s an idea for reader engagement: can we put our heads together and come up with a catchy name for Joe Biden’s version of the New Deal? “Bidenomics” is all right, but can we help bring more voters on board with a more effective catch-phrase?

Recently President Biden has been giving speeches in a flat monotone, with no enthusiasm. This reinforces the Repub disinformation that Biden is too old and sick to be re-elected. He clearly is not - he accomplishes great things, but too many voters do not recognize his accomplishments. His staff needs to train him to use a strong, active, enthusiastic voice. He has done it in the past -- at the convention, inauguration, etc. -- and he MUST go back to that voice. Who needs to get that message?

Agreed, indeed Simon.
