Hello Simon, I learned a lot watching the conversation with Mayoral candidate Donna Deegan that you hosted this afternoon. I have been inspired to donate to her campaign to help with the canvassers she needs to get the vote out in this critical race.
There is an additional opportunity in the rejection of Maga-ism - just as you mentioned in one of your recent webinars - take back our patriotism - take back our country's symbols- own them and use them - not only because they are the symbol of the country we aspire to be, but because our patriotism provides a critical place of belonging to former MAGA's - or at least former republicans- who are ready to jump but who won't be psychologically able to leap until they have found another place where they can imagine themselves belonging.
