I don’t think any of us should assume anything is impossible or off the table.

I get the need to rein in / abolish ICE (in my opinion, this will likely be a two step process) but I'm hoping that the warfare on a major American city is also a sticking point. I don't see how we can fund anything that contributes to this paramilitary assault on the Twin Cities, and how we can talk about spending priorities, etc., when that is happening.
