Harris Leads By 4 in MI/PA/WI In New NYT Polls, Trump Is Melting Down, Time To Go For It Everyone!!!!

New New York Times polls have Vice President Harris leading 50-46 in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin:
We’ve also gotten this new polling in recent days:
AZ Harris 44% - Trump 42% (+2) HighGround
GA Harris 48% - Trump 48% (Tied) AARP
MI Harris 49% - Trump 47% (+2) Insider Advantage (R pollster)
NV Harris 49% - Trump 43% (+6) David Wolfson (R pollster)
WI Harris 48% - Trump 45% (+3) RMG (R pollster)
This morning I saw some new private polling in North Carolina that has Harris-Trump tied. Taken together all this new data is very, very encouraging stuff. It is a new, much much bluer election.
In my post yesterday and my new video presentation on the 2024 election I go into depth about where we are now, how we got here and the need for us to get comfortable working from joy and optimism and not just fear and worry. Where here is, today, is a very good place. We are winning this election today, and Trump and MAGA are losing. Watch this amazing close from Vice President Harris last night in Arizona:
So, fellow cock-eyed optimists, here is what I think we must do now. We simply have to pour everything we have into this election. Whatever you were going to do, do more. If we do the work we can make this election everything we want it to be. We can win the Presidency, keep the Senate, flip the House and make important gains in the states. We can beat Trump and MAGA, and truly, truly, begin the process of sending this dangerous political movement into the dustbin of history where it so clearly belongs. For we, my friends, are not going back. Oh no, we are not going back. We are going forward.

Far better than most of the other stuff on TV these days!
Next, I hope you will consider supporting our candidates and state parties for here at Hopium we are playing to win, working strategically to win the Presidency and flip the House.
At the Presidential level, it was always my belief that we would win MI, PA, WI (see above) which would get us to 269 Electoral College votes, or as I’ve been calling it “check” as in a game of chess. What we’ve been focusing on is getting to getting us that next state and getting us to 270 or “checkmate.” - winning AZ, NC or NE-2. We went into AZ and NC because I believed their top of the ticket extremists, Kari Lake and Mark Robinson, would give us a special opportunity to make real gains in these critical states this year, as we did in battleground states across the US in 2022. So we went in early in both states and have raised lots of money in each. I have traveled to both states to bolster our candidates and state parties there. I’m also excited to announce that the next $50,000 we raise for the North Carolina Democratic Party will go towards an exciting new project I’ll be able to talk about in the coming days. So for the folks here in Hopium world with a bit more money consider making a generous donation towards this project by giving to the NC Dem Party today.
We’ve also gone in hard for NE-2, the blue dot, for if we win MI, PA, WI even just winning NE-2 gets us to 270. With a Nebraska native on the ticket now our chances of winning there have gone way up, and I am proud of our aggressive investments in both the state party and in Tony Vargas looking to flip NE-2 blue.
Our work to win the House has been to focus on the 11 seats analysts believe are the most likely to flip from red to blue and give us the House. We’ve raised over $850,000 for these essential races, together, and have launched our new Hopium Wining The House Thursdays to do even more (register for this Thursday here).
Simply, I believe if we win AZ, NC and NE-2 we will win the Presidential election. If we win the 11 House races we’ve targeted we flip the House, make Hakeem Jeffries Speaker and send the extremist Mike Johnson packing.
So, what I am asking now is for you to take an action today to support one of these Hopium backed candidates or state parties. Donate a bit more to Harris-Walz. Buy a lawn sign. Get one of those cool new camo hats. Sign up for calls into the battlegrounds. Come to our next Thursday night of postcarding and phonebanking, this one for Will Rollins in CA-41. Send this email to everyone you’ve ever met. Donate to Anderson Clayton in North Carolina. Go spend a week canvassing for Ruben Gallego. Commit to Vote on Day 1, and get all your friends to join you. Whatever you were going to do for this election, commit today to do more.

Friends, a few notes on today: our position in the election today is good. In sports or campaigns you would always much rather be winning than losing. If have to keep working hard now, keep reaching people, keep making our campaigns stronger so we can win this election by as much as we can. That's our job, and the margin of this election or whether we win or lose is up to us. As the VP keeps saying Joe Biden didn't pass the baton to her. He passed it to us.
As I say in my video presentation we need to stop giving Trump powers he doesn't have. He's weak, pathetic, desperate, small. He's an idiot who can't campaign, made a terrible VP pick, positioned him way too far right. We need to keep making him small, stupid, pathetic, desperate - for that is what he is. The orange Emperor has no clothes; the curtain has been pulled back from the Wizard and Donald Trump is the ugliest thing we've seen, running a really shitty campaign who is losing this election right now. Period.
We are operating from joy and hope now not just fear and worry. Choose joy not fear. You will feel better and it is more likely we win if we operate from joy, love of country and optimism.
On Polymarket, the Peter Thiel-owned betting site, Trump has continued to maintain a (slight) lead over Harris, even as every other indicator on the planet suggested a race tilting Harris's way. Well, this morning, Peter Thiel's Polymarket has finally succumbed to the obvious. Harris is now a 52% to 46% favorite there.
