This afternoon I sat down with legal expert, political commentator, and unbelievably hard working “truth-teller” Katie Phang for a Substack live. It was, without question, a very spirited conversation about our exciting election wins last week, the disappointing end of the shutdown, what it all means and where we go from here. I think this conversation will be helpful to those working to make sense of what happened in the past few days for we cover a lot of ground, and explore many of the big arguments being made right now across our family. Katie and I did not see eye to eye on everything, which makes this conversation particularly interesting and informative.
